Welcome to 77jaya. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 77jaya ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 77jaya platform at https://77jaya.club, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all games, promotions, payment transactions, and any other services offered through 77jaya. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your records.

To register and play on 77jaya, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling exclusion register.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

77jaya reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, your account may be suspended until verification is complete. Accounts confirmed to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds held may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

Each player may hold only one active account on 77jaya. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. If your contact number or email address changes, update your account information promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 77jaya will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

• One account per player — no exceptions.
• All registration details must be truthful and verifiable.
• Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.
• 77jaya may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals.

77jaya accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad — the two most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be declined and may trigger an account review.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Finance / Wallet page. These limits may be adjusted from time to time. Deposits are credited to your 77jaya wallet in real time in most cases, though occasional delays may occur due to network conditions outside our control.

• Deposits must come from a payment account in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
• 77jaya does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawal requests on 77jaya are processed to the same bKash or Nagad account used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, 77jaya may require you to complete identity verification. This typically involves submitting a copy of a valid national ID card or passport. Verification is a one-time process and is required to comply with our licensing obligations.

All games available on 77jaya — including slots, fishing games, card games, and live casino titles — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including 77jaya itself.

Players are expected to engage with all games in good faith. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive behaviour on the platform.

In the event of a technical fault during a game session, 77jaya will attempt to restore the game to its last valid state. If this is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet. 77jaya's decision in such matters is final.

77jaya is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available to all players from within their account settings.

77jaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against 77jaya.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward 77jaya staff or other players.
• Operating multiple accounts on the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 77jaya will communicate the reason to the player where it is safe and appropriate to do so. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If a violation is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawals will be processed before closure is finalised.

77jaya collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data collected during registration and verification is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations, and improving the platform. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77jaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes losses resulting from game outcomes, technical faults, or delays in payment processing.

• 77jaya is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Our total liability to any player in any given month shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player during that month.
